The University of Venda (UNIVEN) faced several challenges in developing and delivering online learning content. They needed to establish common technical standards for their Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), provide student orientation for new learners, and enhance computer literacy skills among students. To address these challenges, Eiffel Corp helped UNIVEN implement a Course Development Toolkit, Student Orientation Course, and Computer Literacy Skills Digitisation Programme. This case study explores the solutions implemented and the outcomes achieved.

Computer Literacy Skills Digitization Program: Integrated a tool for instruction in basic computing and productivity tools, enabling practical learning experiences within the virtual learning environment.
